harvest time

It's rice harvest time in Japan. Niigata prefecture is one of Japan's largest rice producing regions, and I was recently there on assignment to document the harvest. While I was taking pictures, I couldn't resist doing a fun picture inspired by a classic painting, so I had 3 workers take the pose. The result is the picture at the bottom which isn't bad!It's always fun when you get inspired to do something silly.
